The 6th China-Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) Commodity Exhibition (MCTE) successfully concluded from September 25 to 27, 2024, at the Kuala Lumpur World Trade Center. The event attracted prominent guests, including Malaysia’s 9th Prime Minister Ismail Sabri, Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Board Yang Shunxing, and the Mayor of Irvine, California, Farrah N. Khan. During the exhibition, Lin Jianzhong, Chairman of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, led a delegation of overseas Chinese businesses to support the event and further promote China-Malaysia economic and trade exchanges.

Throughout the exhibition, more than ten industry matching sessions brought together over 5,000 professional buyers from Europe, America, and ten ASEAN countries, providing a highly efficient “group sailing” platform for Chinese enterprises. The Malaysia Asia Nexus Trade Services Sdn Bhd, as a key collaborator, had its Chairwoman, Ms. Chen, present at the exhibition to engage in extensive discussions with various sectors. This exhibition further facilitated economic and trade cooperation between Chinese and Malaysian enterprises, serving as a bridge for Chinese companies to expand into the ASEAN market.
